Bill Woolman, Fire Services Coord.

Mr. Woolman is the Fire Services Coordinator (CDR) and Fleet Shop Coordinator.  He is a recent hire however has worked for the county in the past and has served as the temporary Fire Marshal. 

He has an extensive career as a Volunteer Fire Chief and is mostly responsible for the development of Whispering Cedars FD (Dist 11).

CDR. Woolman worked for Gurley's Ford Dealership for many years before rejoining the county team and maintains his ASE certifications as well as his EMT-B and Firefighter certifications.

Bill is responsible for the maintenance of the fleet, disposition of apparatus, Coordination of Fire Training, response to scenes to coordinate efforts.
